G+J’s wedding at Lela’s Place was one of those days where every choice just made sense. Outdoor ceremony, outdoor reception, and City Barbeque catering which I will say loud and proud is the BEST catering in Georgia EVERRRRRR. The whole day felt relaxed but intentional, and they built their wedding day around what they actually wanted instead of what they felt like they were supposed to do. Everything flowed naturally, and the light was unreal at this venue.
The part I’m still not over was G’s first look with her family. I am fully obsessed. It was emotional in such a special way to slow the day down before everything picked up. She waited until walking down the aisle to see J for the first time, and when I tell you it was worth the wait… it was WORTH the wait!!! Watching that moment unfold in an outdoor ceremony setting, surrounded by their people, felt intimate and powerful in a way that’s hard to put into words. The entire setup was so beautiful that I’m already calling it now - I will absolutely be stealing this idea one day because it was that amazing.
